    為響應世界各國眾多會員的需求,法國Otherways管理及顧問協會今年於德國舉辦“綠色時代頒獎典禮暨綠色經濟論壇”,從廢棄物管理至可再生能源的綠色建築,聚集了遍及全球綠色經濟的所有部門。
    全球環保獎的設立是為了獎勵並識別真正的全球永續發展楷模,包括政府機構、綠色建築理事會、環保​​機構和具有創新性創意並致力於追求永續發展的綠色企業。
In response to the needs of many members of the world, the French Otherways Management and Consultants Association held in Germany this year, "Green Times Award Ceremony and Green Economy Forum", from waste management to renewable energy green building, gathered all over the global green economy department. The Global Environmental Awards are designed to reward and identify truly global sustainable development models, including government agencies, the Green Building Council, environmental agencies and innovative companies that are innovative and committed to sustainable development.

一、綠色消費與綠色採購之概念 綠色消費意指「在維持基本生活所需並追求更佳生活品質之同時,降低天然資源與毒性物質之使用及污染物排放,目的在不影響後代子孫權益的消費模式」。 綠色消費涵蓋食衣住行娛樂等各個層面,而綠色採購是落實綠色消費的最佳工具;採購回收材料製造之物品,優先考量環境面之採購行為,亦即採購對環境及人類健康有最小的傷害性之產品。
